MEDITATION
having a meditation practice, especially when you start / end / or need to pause in your day, is so important. you don't have to be sitting up or all serious - finding a relaxing shape that is best for your mind/body’s needs and a guided meditation style is a whole other level of getting back in your body and out of your head. below are a few practitioners & platforms that have inspired me over the years. i know the practitioners below personally and/or have taken online courses with them (open to all levels).

MENTAL HEALTH
because healing is not linear. there are so many people who have uplifted me and part of that support was in receiving therapy and connecting with therapeutic circles of like-minded people in the process of unlearning shame. this is the work of a lifetime. it’s lonely work, but know that you are also not alone in it.
